1. What is Keep Calm Calavera?

Keep Calm Calavera is a clothing brand based in Glasgow, Scotland, specialising in unique clothing featuring colourful skull "calavera" designs, showcasing humorous and encouraging mental health messages. Each design aims to inspire conversation and promote awareness around mental health.

2. How does your fulfilment process work?

I partner with a fulfilment centre to handle the printing and shipping of my products. Once you place an order, it is printed and shipped directly from their facility. UK delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 days.

3. Where are the profits going?

My products are priced between £25 for T-shirts and £40 for hoodies, with a profit margin of approximately 20-25%, depending on costs. In this initial phase of my business, I aim to reinvest all profits back into the brand to expand its reach and impact. My hope is that, in the future, I'll be able to support charities focused on young people in care and mental health initiatives.

4. What materials are your clothing made from?

My products are made from high-quality, soft and breathable fabrics, primarily 100% ring-spun cotton or a blend of 65% ring-spun cotton and 35% polyester, ensuring comfort and durability.

5. How do I choose the right size?

I offer a range of sizes to accommodate different body types. If you prefer a baggier fit, I recommend sizing up for a more relaxed and comfortable style.

6. How should I care for my products?

To keep your products looking its best, I recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach or tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the design and fabric.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship my products worldwide via my fulfilment centre. Shipping costs and times may vary based on your location.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your products, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition. 

9. Do you have a physical shop?
